Our Mission

The Dane County EMS Peer Support Team provides confidential mental health support services designed to meet the needs of first responders and dispatchers across Dane County. Our trained peer supporters understand the unique challenges faced by those in public safety and are here to help you navigate the most difficult calls and circumstances.

We serve EMS, Fire, Police, and Dispatch personnel throughout Dane County through three core services:

  • Peer Support
  • Critical Incident Stress Management
  • Resource Coordination and Referrals
